We are on the hunt for an organised and driven passionate media-lover with the gift-of-the-gab to join us as a Publicity Account Manager in our Sydney PR agency. You will be a strong publicist, love collaborating with a team, but equally be keen to drive things forward as an individual. Thinking creatively across all areas of your work will be second nature; no job will be too big or too small, and you’ll have an innate desire to raise the bar in everything you do in our Sydney PR agency!
THE ROLE IN OUR PR AGENCY (SYDNEY)
Work across a diverse and high-profile client portfolio across a range of different sectors.
Lead client activity; from strategy right through to successful execution.
Manage client relationships and ensure their satisfaction and success.
Media relationships, pitching, and achieving boast-worthy results for our clients and their campaigns.
Creation of events, activations, and creative press kits from the ground up.
Working collaboratively with our social media team to ensure great content and client satisfaction.
ABOUT YOU
3+ years of experience in the Communications and PR industry; if not within a PR agency (Sydney or Australia preferred), we’d love to see examples of how you can manage and juggle competing stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
Extensive experience building and maintaining media relationships and pitching to achieve results; strong contacts in the food space are a must!
Strong writing skills; whether it be a client concept deck, media releases, pitches, op-eds, blog posts, or backgrounders.
High attention to detail.
Confident and professional presentation skills.
Solid project management skills and a track record in delivering campaigns on time, to budget, and to brief.
