CLIENTS IN THE NEWS: 99 of Bradman's lost cricket bats are coming home to Australia

Our Neon Black client, Helping Hand Group co-founders Richard Ernster and Oliver Slobodetsky mentioned in passing the 99 lost Bradman bats they had recently acquired and our PR Agency spidey senses started tingling with a great story!

Originally purchased by an American memorabilia collector in 1998 from the Bradman Foundation, 99 of Sir Donald Bradman's bats which were signed by 'the Don' himself, have been sitting in a storage cage in Dallas, Texas never seeing the light of day for more than two decades!

Each of these 99 valuable Bradman bats was recovered by Helping Hand Group, Australian charity auction provider and this huge slice of Australian sporting history will be coming home, where they rightfully belong.

All 99 bats will be provided to charities and community groups around the country to auction off at their fundraising events, giving members of the Australian public the opportunity to own their very own Bradman bat.

Making them even more rare, each bat has been signed on the wood, not just on an accompanying cardboard sleeve or a plaque, making these a true collectors item.

The Neon Black team hit it for six with this fantastic story and PR results, securing the cover of The Sunday Telegraph along with coverage in all major Sunday NewsCorp papers around the country, Weekend Sunrise, 7NEWS, 9NEWS, 10NEWS & SBS.
